Screen Installation at the Museum of Transport Lucerne

The Museum of Transport in Lucerne (Verkehrshaus der Schweiz) commissioned us to install interactive display systems in several areas of the museum. The goal was to give visitors access to additional information alongside the existing physical exhibits, without disrupting the collections or visitor flow.

We installed a 4-screen LED wall and 5 interactive touchscreens across different sections of the museum. All screens are managed through Kaptive. The LED wall shows visual content related to Swiss transport history, while the touchscreens let visitors browse exhibit details, interactive maps, and content in German, French, Italian, and English.

Museum staff manage all screens through a single Kaptive interface. They can update content across all displays without technical support from us. The installation was completed without closing any part of the museum.

For us, this was a meaningful step up in scale from our earlier work at Kaeserberg. It also confirmed that Kaptive handles mixed display setups, combining an LED wall and touchscreens running different content, within one management interface without needing any custom configuration per display type.
